I am an amateur photographer who has had a continuous interest in photography since the age of eleven. In my teens, I developed black and white film, and later during the nineteen eighties I developed and printed colour film. The digital age has provided a great deal of creative freedom, and today I try to embrace all elements of photography, and to be in control of the entire process from taking the picture, to seeing it hanging on the wall. For me this web site is the modern photo album, allowing me to share photographs with friends and family. I hope that you will enjoy my site, and do leave a comment on the blog page. Mike Herrmann
Instructions for operating The Gallery page
The Gallery page is divided into albums and each each album has a title. Within each album there are galleries with thumbnails, mouse over the thumbnails to see the title of each gallery. Clicking a gallery thumbnail will open the gallery in gallery view, and clicking any thumbnail will open the light box and that image. Clicking the buttons at the bottom of image will enlarge the image to full screen or start a slide show. Buttons at the far right or left advance the images either backwards or forwards manually. Clicking the filmstrip at the top of the light box selects that image. The film strip can also be advanced forwards or backwards manually.
